The Games we play

Chasing the handler is game used to motivate the dog to greater speed and effort.  Wanda will reward Hale with praise and a game of tug when Hale catches her.
Well, at least that was the idea when it started!!!

 

Recall practice over jumps with beginning dogs.  This is one of the most important basics of the game to master.

 

Practicing passing the dogs.  We do this by very gradually closing the distance over a period of weeks to build the dogs' confidence and ability to avoid collisions.
