Flyball has brought Boosha and I closer together not only for the sport but for the friends we have made and the support we both receive.  Flyball is a challenge for both Boosha and I, but its a challenge we both look forward to every week.  It makes me very proud when Boosha accomplishes something new in flyball.

When I first decided I wanted a puppy I did a lot of searching for the type of dog I would like to have.  I wanted her to like playing in the water, catching and retrieving and to be just a happy go lucky dog.  Boosha does this all and more!!   When I saw the Nova Scotia Duck Toller I knew that was the dog I wanted.  I got Boosha in Cherry Hill, at the Old Man by the Sea . Its a day I will never forget.  I had called around many times when ads were in the paper and I always got "I am sorry our pups are all gone", so on a  Wednesday morning I got the paper, and there was an ad for Nova Scotia Duck toller pups.  I got in the car, cell phone in hand, and headed to Cherry Hill, phoning every few minutes.  Finally around four thirty I got an answer.  I asked them if they minded if I came over.  When I pulled in their yard there were 13 pups all lined up in a fenced in area.  I wanted them all, they were so cute.  Knowing I could only have one my eyes fell on this special little one and I knew she was the one for me.
Being the active one she is I decided on puppy classes, which led to obedience classes and from there to the surprise sport of flyball.  Before I met David and Phyllis I knew nothing of flyball.  I am grateful for the time and patience both David and Phyllis have had with Boosha and I.  We look forward to participating in this sport for as long we can.
