I did ask Solo about his take on the NSL tournament and this is his story.

"Yeah, our first tournament - shut-up, I'm talking, ME I'M TALKING me, me, me, me, Solo, Solo, Solo, ME, I'M talking. Oh right tournament. My people went Friday to set up - left me at home ME at home - with dogs. ME left alone with dogs. DOGS. ALONE. DOGS. OK tournament yeah. My people and the other people met some different people to set up AND LEFT ME AT HOME. I was so mad that I wanted to eat garbage. Next day we went. It rained. I ran and barked and barked and ran and Yeah there were bunnies there and FANS. FANS. FANS I HATE FANS. FANS are bad. I HATE FANS."

At this point I felt it best to break off of the conversation. Solo was too focused on the fans. So for a concise summary of our first tournament - we made our debut at the No Speed Limit Tournament September 30-October 1, 2006 at the Howard County Fairgrounds in West Friendship MD. We successfully brought out two green dogs: Kaydee a five-year old Chinese Crested and Missy a two year old Australian Shepherd. Missy also received her FD title there. Despite it being our first tournament we placed second in our division (to be fair one team scratched). A good time was had by all. A good first outing.
