Quick Release Mission Statement
·
Our primary goal is to work together as a club to put together
smooth and stable teams that run consistently and safely. Winning ribbons and
obtaining points for the dogs are benefits that will come as a result of
obtaining this goal.

We will run practices so that individual attention is given to
each dog unless we are determining the team line-up and running it prior to
tournaments.
·
New dogs interested in joining Quick Release must be invited
to join and will require a majority vote of current team members. This includes
new dogs acquired by current team members.
·
We all want to have fun with our dogs and enjoy the social
aspects of the club.
·
We want to improve our handling and training of the dogs in
all areas of the game.
·
The team reserves the right to vote-out a member who does not
honour these fundamental principles. A majority vote is required to remove a
member from the team.
·
Quick Release is affiliated with the Ottawa Valley Border
Collie
Club. The only non-Border Collies permitted on the team are height dogs.
