Quad Run Wags & Brags

During the first weekend on September (September 6-7) Quad Run had one team drive all the way to Regina for KAOS Dogsports Annual Tournament.  The team ran too well in the regular division on Saturday, breaking out 5 times.  On Sunday, everyone settle in the right rhythm and won the division.  The following titles were one:

Sammi - Flyball Masters Title (5,000 Points)

 

August 17 & 18 was the Annual Fort Saskatchewan and Area - Pawsative Energy's Flyball Tournament and our 2nd of the two back to back home tournaments.  At this tournament our dogs earned the following:

Hunter - Flyball Dog, Flyball Dog Excellent & Flyball Dog
              Champion Titles

Quinn - Flyball Dog Champion Title

Kola - Flyball Dog &  Flyball Dog Excellent Titles

Jigsaw - Flyball Dog Title

 

July 26 & 27 was the start of the back to back home tournaments.  Even though it was very hot that weekend ( +30C) our dogs ran excellent and earned the following:

Klee - Onyx Award (20,000 points)

 

On July 12 & 13 Quad Run was able to send 3 teams to Lethbridge's Fastantics in Coaldale, Alberta.  The titles our dogs earned this weekend were:

Oliver - Flyball Master Title (5,000 Points)

Break - Flyball Dog & Flyball Dog Excellent Titles

 

June 28 & 29, Quad Run made the very familiar trek south to Calgary for Calgary Longshot's annual tournament.  Our dogs ran very well that weekend and earned the following:

Surf - Flyball Master Excellent Title (10,000 Points)

 

The next weekend, June 14 & 15,  Quad Run decided to venture to Abbotsford, British Columbia, for the Dogwood Pacesetters tournament.  Congratulations to our team for the following:

Blaze - Onyx Award (20,000 Points)

Kaos - Flyball Master Excellent Title (10,000 Points)

Skunk - Flyball Dog Champion Title

 

The start of June brought us our first Flyball tournament for the busy upcoming month.  On June 7 & 8 we attended a local tournament put on by the Superdog Spectrum in New Serepta.  This tournament was a very successful tournament for Quad Run as we earned the following:

Quad Run '4 x 4' NEW Best time = 18.71

Quad Run 'All For One' Finishing 2nd in Multibreed

Klee - Flyball Master Champion Title (15,000 points)

Storie - Flyball Dog Champion Title

Chelsea - Flyball Dog Champion Title

Skunk - Flyball Dog Champion Title

Tegan - Flyball Dog, Flyball Dog Excellent & Flyball Dog
           Champion Titles

 

May 16 & 17,  the Quad Run teams ventured to Stratmore, Alberta for the Crusin' Canines tournament. Our tournament highlights were:

Quad Run '4 x 4' Placing 3rd in Division on Sunday

Sammi - Flyball Dog Champion Title

 

April 12 & 13 Quad Run sent 2 teams to the Llyodminster HotDogger's Tournament.  Some of the tournament highlights were:

Quad Run '4 x 4' NEW Best time = 19.28

Blaze  - New personal best time of 4.27

Sterling - Flyball Dog Champion Title

Sammi - Flyball Dog Excellent Title

Storie - Flyball Dog & Flyball Dog Excellent Titles

 

March 14 & 15 Quad Run for the first time sent 2 teams to the Calgary Canine Center Tournament.  The '4 x 4' team was seeded for the first time in divisions.  'On the Freeway" was seeded in Division 3.  Some of the tournament highlights were:

Quad Run '4 x 4' Best time = 19.59

Quad Run '4 x 4' Finished 3rd in Division 1 on Sunday

Blaze  - Flyball Master Champion Title (15,000 points)

Quinn  - Flyball Dog Excellent Title

Sammi  - Flyball Dog Title

 

On February 8th & 9th Quad Run competed in the Local Superdog Spectrum Tournament.  All the dogs ran excellent, the team dogs ran consistent all weekend not slowing down at all and the rookies holding their own.  Congratulations to everyone for the following:
