Beginner Flyball Class 

Does your dog love the tennis ball?
Does he want to play fetch all day?
Does he have a lot of energy?
Try flyball with your dog!

Our Beginner Flyball Class introduces you and your dog to the basic rules and skills required to play the game of flyball.  We will help you teach your dog how to retrieve the ball, fly over the hurdles, catch the ball from the flyball box, and then return to you.  As with any canine sport, you should make sure your dog is in good, sound health before participating.  Sessions are held for 1 hour for 8 consecutive weeks.  Age requirement: dogs must be at least 12 months of age to start flyball.  Class size is limited.


Advanced Flyball Class

Participants must have successfully completed the Beginner Flyball Class to enrol in Advanced Training.  This course is designed to build on your dog's basic flyball skills so that you can move from individual course completion to team participation.  You will learn the tricks of the trade, and will gain a more in-depth knowledge of the sport.  Sessions are held for 1 hour for 8 consecutive weeks.  Class size is limited.

Flyball classes will begin in the fall of 2007. Classes take place on weekday evenings for 8 consecutive weeks. Classes are held at the Capital Exhibit Centre, Smythe Street, Fredericton.
