Pawmetto Pack

The Spirit of Flyball Award was presented to the Pawmetto Pack at the Athens Dawg Derby in
July 2011 to recognize us a team that captures the spirit of flyball. Some of the criteria used: hospitality, fair play, obstacles overcome, and community ethic.

Flyball is the sport of dog relay racing and is exciting for dogs, handlers, and spectators alike. It’s one of the fastest growing family dog sports in the world. The Pawmetto Pack in Florence, SC, is always looking for new members. We are a not-overly-competitive club, and our aim is for the members to have fun with their dogs. All dogs, big or small, fast or slow, will have a place on our team(s) and a chance to run in tournaments if they wish. Flyball builds confidence in dogs and is a great outlet for excess energy.
