Riggs is a "dare to be handsome" Small Munsterlander who did not quite get the concept
that he was suppose to be small. He came to the Harnish household with the intention of
doing flyball and agility, both which he enjoys immensely. Flyball is our sport of choice
right now, but hopefully this year will see us return to some agility training.
With over 12,000 points, Riggs is NAFA's #1 Small Munsterlander! Just starting our fourth
year of competition, Riggs and 'the one who's job it is to release him at the right time',
are thrilled to have joined the Made in Canada Flyball Team. Our new teammates are actually
our dear friends from McCann Professional Dog Trainers and have been our practice partners
for the past 3 years. Stating that we believe this is a perfect fit seems like an understatement.
Riggs is loved and owned by Nancy Harnish and Stuart McInnes. Between tournaments, he is
a wonderful family member who loves his girls, Molly and Bronte, the queen and princess Cavaliers.
Tag, the Border Collie, is ok at home, but the real fun with the BC is at the park. That's
when Riggs can stretch his long legs over open ground and leave poor Tag in his dust. Tag does
get his revenge though by herding the show off whenever Riggs decides to stay in close with mom
and dad.
We are looking forward to a great 2004 season with our new team!
