Buffalo
Wings, October 15th & 16th, 2005: This was a great trip for
our team. We got to go to the north western part of New York.
The dogs who joined us were Sally, Alex, Haiku, Molly May, Lark and
Surtsey. Surtsey had some amazing warm-ups (and gained some new
fans). First, we spent Friday night at Carol's awesome farm house in
Sodus. We were wishing we could stay longer. However, then we
went to the tournament. We did not run as well as we would've liked,
however we still had a good time. It was great- seemed like we were
in a different region as most of the teams were from Ontario!
Saturday night we had dinner with the Waggin Tails- and that was great
fun! Sunday, after racing, we took a team trip to Niagra Falls and
walked the dogs across the border. Again, while we didn't get a lot
of points- we had a great time and would definitely come to this
tournament again.
