| The Raine Maker, as she is known by some, came to me when
she was was just 8 weeks old. She was just a tiny little bundle, all 3
pounds of her. But even then she was all attitude!! After her first Level 1
class in flyball, I thought "This is just not for her." She was only about a
year old then. Well, a couple of years later I thought we’d give it another
try. Lo and behold she passed Level 1 and showed so much promise that she
went straight into her first tournament! With more than a few hiccups here
and there, Raine is improving all the time. She finally has figured out that
she has to do ALL the jumps to get those hot dogs at the end. She goes as
fast as those short legs can go and she makes her momma so proud every time
she completes. ( Her momma has even been known to shed a tear or two).
Raine is the little dog with the heart of a lion!!! |
