The title of our "team page" is more than just a play on the "ExcaliFUR" theme.  We truly DO have a round table - decisions are made on a group basis, and everyone has a vote.  We do not have a captain.  Teams & squads & running orders are decided upon by the group as a whole.  Any conflicts are resolved through majority vote.
