No matter what breed you have, we're looking for a few good team players that share our goals of professionalism and fun. We don't a captain, but we do have a New Member Coordinator. Use the link below to email us.
Here's what happens next:
1. We'll ask you to fill out an "About Form" before you're invited to work with your dog in practice. We put some time into planning our practices, and need an idea of who you are before we can fit you onto the agenda! The Agenda is pretty much set in stone by Saturday, so if we have your About Form by Friday, you'll be working with your dog in the next Sunday's practice. Otherwise, we invite you to come watch practice, fill out an About Form while you're there, meet everyone, and read through the New Member Packet (a copy of our Holy Growl and Sword in the Bone.)
2. The New Member Coordinator will use the info on the About Form to get a hold of you the week after you attend a practice. We want to hear feedback on how we could make new members feel more welcome, and make sure you had a good time.
Our loose team policy is to only have one entirely green recruit at a time. It takes a whole team to properly train a flyball dog, so we try to limit to doing this one at a time so we can fully concentrate each new dog/handler team.
