Spike was rescued from the Bonnyville Humane Society, July 2007. He was a
very quiet, nervous and shy boy when he arrived at his new home but before long
his true nature was peaking through. Spike has worked very hard to allow his
sweet, gentle soul to come out and he lives to please his people! Spike loves
to run agility and flyball but mainly his favourite pasttimes are napping and
eating. Spike is a registered St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog and works in the
nursing home in Langham where he loves to visit his people. Spike has started
running in the lanes this spring, and is looking forward to gaining even more
confidence as he goes! He clearly loves the sport as he has managed to gain the
nickname "Spikey Barky Pants" for his constant bark of joy at running flyball!
Spike shares this couch with his two doggy sisters Sophie and Murphy and his
favourite human, Jen.
