From its Raiders beginnings in Florida,
NAFA® club number 583 became Double Dog Dare in Georgia.
It sported new colors and a new look when it first ventured into the
U-FLI lanes in August 2006 in Talladega, Alabama. |

We didn't have the resources for a
competition style demo, so we alternated 4-dog lineups with individual
head-to-head racing. Whether the dogs were doing what they were
supposed to (Venus - upper right), were slightly off course (Roscoe -
lower right) or just were not ready for the excitement of the crowd in
a wide open area (Nik with Candace Hawkes - left), the crowd cheered
them on. Our teammate/announcer Sandy Bird kept the crowd
energized. |
