After loosing Molly and knowing my other dogs were getting older, I decided it was time to get a puppy. My only prerequisite was that she not be noise sensitive. I found a breeder (G-Force Boarder Collies) in Louisiana who lived on the boundary of a military base with artillery going off routinely. She also had 4 boys who would walk around the puppies playing and banging pot lids. Lindsey came to live with us.

When I first brought Lindsey home, everyone went into the backyard. I opened the kennel and out came Lindsey. She saw Lucy and went running over thinking she was mom. Lindsey ran under her and looked up only to discover this was not mom and she was confused. Lindsey met everyone and immediately began her new job of irritating her big sisters.

Lindsey has had several obedience classes and has been trained in flyball. Right now, she runs during warm ups with people standing in the middle to prevent her from chasing (playing with the dog in the other lane).

Lindsey finally performed at the Canine Convicts tournament in September. She was most successful in the left lane and was having so much fun! She figured out that you go outside to potty and then you get to run. She began telling me she needed to go outside, she would squat and produce drops then as we walked into the building, she went towards the lanes to go play. She was so excited and enthusiastic, we are looking forward to our next tournament.
