"hit the target" "musical chairs for you and your dog"
"Dunking for Discs": Can your dog get the frisbee out of the pool and bring it back to you? A children's pool will be filled with water and frisbees. Six hula hoops will be laid out on the ground around the pool. The dog must retrieve the frisbee and bring to his handler, who is standing inside the hula hoop. When the dog successfully completes one retrieval the handler moves to the
next hula hoop until the handler has completed all six (6) hula hoops with the dog successfully retrieving the frisbees and delivering them to his handler. Maximum time allotted, 2 minutes.
"Scavenger hunt for your dog": A pile of toys will be arranged on the field and you will send your dog to retrieve the "frisbee" from the pile within 60 seconds. "Hit the target:" The handler, standing behind the start line, will throw a frisbee to their dog who must catch it inside a 10'x10' area marked on the fifteen yard line within 60 seconds. The handler/dog team that completes the game with the most catches in the time alloted, wins! "Musical Chairs with your dog":A box measuring 20 feet by 20 feet will be drawn on the ground and 6 chairs will be placed inside the box. Handlers and dogs under control, will walk around the box to music. When the music stops, handlers must put their dogs in a sit/stay and run to sit in a chair. Dogs must maintain their sit/stay until a loser is called by the judge. And now for the serious competition.....click here to download the registration form.
