Twist is an avid flyball dog, is Heather's lead dog in sledding, and also competes in agility and disc as well. She participated in the Skyhoundz World Series in 2007, and started out on the original Ottawa flyball team, the Afterburners. Twist will run in any position for anybody, but loves the start position the most for a good race. She is a very good teacher, and used very often at practice to help train the puppies and the younger, less experienced dogs.

Rush and Ninja.
