Hobbies: Looking for and killing critters, skinning tennis balls, looking for anything that Zack (her Chessie...see his profile) has to play with.
Flyball History: Maggie became a Davis family member in May of 2002. She needed a home and we needed another height dog for the team. Michael (our youngest team mate is also the youngest Davis family memeber) and Maggie are training each other. Our latest goal is to premier Maggie the summer of 2003. See below.
Strengths: Her intelligence. That Staffie grin. And her undying devotion to her family.
Weaknesses: She thinks that the ball is hers for keeps.
Meaning of Name: Rushing Winds was her previous home. Her whole handle; Rushing Winds Screaming Intrepid is her registered name and though it doesn't seem to fit, it just might by the time she's seen running/playing the game of flyball.
Maggie's first tournament was on, May 31-June 1, 2003 at Caledonia, Ontario, where she earned her first 200 points and her first two titles. She surprised all of us...especially me.
