Hobbies & Interests: Plays with adolescent, obnoxious pups that we have, that few others in the pack want anything to do with - a good baby sitter! Loves swimming. Very devoted to his human mommy and attentive. Has tried lure coursing a few times with his kennel mates, but isn't sure after about 500 yards about leaving mom...we are hoping flyball will increase his confidence and maturity in this area!
Flyball History: Started training with Buffalo Wings in the summer of 2001, ran winter league 2001-2002. He, like his grandmother, (now retired, "Kit") and brother, "Zip" on the team were very fast to train and have few issues. he has only run a small part of one tourny plus a full one in 2002 and is close to his championship. He has speed to burn.
Strengths: He has an excelent recall and is fast! He doesn't seem to have any bobbling problems that many whippets have at the box. He works for 100% attention from his handler - very focused
Nicknames:: "Jam man, Whammer Jammer, Gas man" He is from our kennel's (Whisper Whippets) "Computer Litter" - his doggy parents had an on-line romance!
