Masters titles galore at the Kaotic Pacesetters Tournament

Hurry Canines were on a mission this weekend to get Jim through to his Flyball Masters title so that he could retire on a high note. Jim turned 10 years on May 23rd and is ready to hang up his flyball boots, but with just 16 runs needed to get his FM title we just had to give him a chance as he's been there for the team all year filling in the gaps when needed.

On Saturday we raced hard and came in 1st in Div 2 with a best time of 18.92 secs. We were so busy trying to win and get clean runs for Jim that we totally missed the fact that Sophie turned 15,000 points and got her Flyball Master Champion title! Another first for Barn Stormers!

On Sunday the racing was awesome and we often couldn't tell which team had won until the final times came up, it was nail biting on the line, but great to see Cindy clinching the victory so many times! Her little legs were flying! Good starts, good passes and good teamwork......that's what wins the races!

Race 66 was the race for Jim. We just needed 4 clean run and we got them.....Jim earned his Flyball Masters title and also Cindy earned her Flyball Masters Excellent title!

We finished the day in 2nd place in Div 2 with a best time of 18.89 secs.

There was also some happy hour fun between the camping teams which resulted in a special award for Heidi........!
