What kind of person plays flyball with their pets?

          A person who has:

• a high pain tolerance "If you're not bleeding, it's not flyball!!"
• a high noise tolerance
• deep pockets
• no social life outside of dog stuff
• a willingness to get up at 4:30 a.m. every Saturday morning during tournament season and drive miles in the darkness of pre-dawn
• a van filled with assorted dog crates, leashes, collars, harnesses and other canine paraphernalia - also tents, tarps, clips, sunshades...
• a dog first aid kit but none for humans
• a liking for junk food (and lots of it!) See RECIPES for BallderDashers' favourite food!!
• a purse or carry bag containing various treats, dog toys, tugs, balls, frisbees, etc spilling out
• a curious habit of stashing plastic bags in pockets, purses, cars, on door handles, any other protruberance…
• a greater dog wardrobe than a human one
• heaters for the dogs in winter, fans/sprayers for the dogs in summer - but none for themselves
